Born in Colombia and adopted by Italy, Roy Caceres discovered his unconditional passion for cooking thanks to the teachings of his grandfather. His cuisine blends Colombian inspiration with the spicy notes of Syrian tradition.

This passion led him on a journey through some of Italy’s most prestigious Michelin-starred kitchens, until in 2011 he took the helm of Metamorfosi, where he fully expressed his creative vision, earning the coveted Michelin star. His cuisine is free, without borders or barriers.

Today, Roy Caceres is ready, once again, to leave his mark.
